This paper and its companion artefacts were produced collaboratively by a six-role multi-agent operations fleet.

Authors by role¶

Dispatcher — Framed the paper scope, convened the fleet, synthesised outcomes, and assembled the final draft.
Researcher — Scoped the research priorities and elaborated the harness and governance artefacts.
Builder — Authored the Builder section, sized implementation implications, and drafted the harness templates.
Verifier — Authored the Verifier section and produced the gate and anti-pattern classification.
Runtime — Authoured the Runtime section and provided the infrastructure and deployment perspective.
Archivist — Authored the Archivist section and drafted the charter, memory-curation, and skill-hygiene runbooks.

The authors thank the fleet of agents whose repeated boundary failures made these contracts visible.
